A limited cooperative stamp edition commissioned from MaltaPost Ltd. was issued as a Commemorative edition of corporate stamps to accompany the November 2006 Supreme Council Meeting held in Malta. The two dedicated stamps depict two past Vicar Generals of the Order – H.E. Chev. Francois Michel le Tellier [serving during 1673-1691] and H.E. Chev. R.S.R. Attard [serving during 2004-2006].

A limited cooperative stamp edition commissioned from MaltaPost Ltd. was issued as a Commemorative edition of corporate stamps to accompany the September 2008 Chapter General Meeting and the Installation of the 49th Grandmaster held in Manchester. The two dedicated stamps depict last two Grandmasters of the Order – H.H. Francesco de Paula de Borbon y Escasany [serving during 1996-2008] and H.E. Carlos Gereda de Borbon [elected 2008].

A limited cooperative stamp edition was issued as a Commemorative edition of corporate stamps to accompany the April 2010 visit of His Beatitude Patriarch Gregorius III Laham to Malta co-inciding with the visit of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI. The two dedicated stamps depict Patriarch Gregorius III and Pope Benedict XVI

Medals & Medallions

Commemoration Medal for the Inauguration of the Castello Lanzun, Malta, as the administrative Headquarters of the Order. The building was donated by the late Lieutenant Colonel The Chevalier Robert Gayre of Gayre and Nigg, GCLJ. Issued as a golden medal. Obverse: The frontal depiction of Castel Lanzun, circled by the inscription "MALTA" on top and "12 V 1975" below. Reverse: The eight pointed cross badge of the Order circled by the inscription "ORDO MILIT. ET HOSPIT. SANCTI LAZARI HIEROSOLYMITANI". The ribbon is purple with dark green stripes at both sides.

Commemorative Medal of the Grand Magisterial Council Meeting held in Qawra, Malta in November 2005 has been issued as a golden medal. Obverse: The arms (shield) of the Grand Priory of the Maltese Islands, circled by the inscription "GRAND MAGISTERIAL COUNCIL MEETING MALTA 2005" Reverse: The eight pointed cross badge of the Order circled by the inscription "ORDO MILIT. ET HOSPIT. SANCTI LAZARI HIEROSOLYMITANI". The ribbon is white and red (national colours of Malta) with green stripes at both sides.

Commemorative Medallion of the Pilgrimage to the Tomb of King St Louis in Monreale Cathedral led by the Grand Master on 3rd June 2017 

Obverse: Profile of King St. Louis with Coat-of-Arms of the Capet family and the eight-pointed cross of the Order of St. Lazarus surrounded by text reading: S. Ludovicus dei Gratia Francorum Rex Protector Ordo S. Lazari * Monreale, 2017 Trans.: St. Louis by the Grace of God King of the Franks Protector of the Order of St. Lazarus.

Reverse: Central eight-pointed cross of the Order of St. Lazarus circled by alternating small eight-pointed crosses and fleur-de-Lys symbols, surrounded by text reading: Ordo Militaris et Hospitalarii Sancti Lazari Hierosolymitani Trans.: Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem.
